1,600cr paid to 75K retired naib subedars
The Union government informed the Punjab and Haryana high court that it has disbursed around Rs 1,600 crore to some 75,000 soldiers who had retired at the rank of naib subedars from the armed forces. This amount has been released while removing anomalies in their pay.
