17 Goans studying in Ukraine, 3 back: Government
The state government said on Tuesday that there are seventeen Goans studying in Ukraine, and three of these have already returned to the state. Rupal Gosavi, the second-year medical student who touched town in Goa on Tuesday evening, was the third.
