2 tourists held for creating nuisance 
Acting upon a memorandum by the sub-divisional magistrate (SDM) and deputy collector of Canacona that tourists frequenting the waterfalls at Gaondongorim create nuisance by drinking alcohol, the Canacona police visited the sites of Gunji Tali at Bhupor and Bamonbuddo and detained two persons from Karwar drinking liquor there. The duo was produced before the SDM, who released them on personal bond. PSI Ramchandra Naik is conducting further investigation.
