20-year-old Dalit man thrashed in Mainpuri
The victim, Shailendra Kumar, works as a labourer in NREGA (National Rural Employment Guarantee Act) and he told media persons that the water pipe was accidentally damaged by his brother’s moped a week ago. On Wednesday, when he was going to work, the four accused thrashed him badly and used casteist slurs too.
