3 detained for beating student to death in Jaunpur
A day after a class XII student, Mithilesh Yadav (18), was beaten to death allegedly by his classmate Priyanshu Sonkar and his accomplices following a dispute over tearing of practical copy during the UP Board Intermediate Physics practical examination at Ram Swaroop Inter College in Jalalpur area of Jaunpur district on Sunday, police on Monday detained three accused after lodging an FIR.
