4 enter sewage plant’s well in Hisar, don’t make it back
Four men, who had entered the well of a sewage treatment plant (STP) in Hisar’s Budha Khera village on Tuesday to carry out some repairs, fainted and drowned inside the structure. Hisar deputy commissioner has formed a committee headed by the local SDM and ordered a magisterial probe.
