5kg gold worth Rs 2 crore looted from Sheikhpura firm
Armed criminals looted 5kg gold worth around Rs2 crore and Rs2 lakh in cash from a private gold loan finance company in Sheikhpura district. The criminals entered the office pretending to be customers, then whipped out pistols and held the employees hostage. They looted the gold and cash, vandalized the property including the CCTV cameras, and took away the hard disk. The police have formed a special investigation team to solve the case.
