AAP finally makes debut, mariner and engineer enter Goa assembly
After drawing a blank in 2017, the Aam Aadmi Party opened its account in the state assembly with two seats in 2022. Captain in the merchant Navy, Venzy Viegas, won on debut in Benaulim while Cruz Silva, an engineer, won the Velim seat.
