AFT: Reinstate soldier, discharge with pension
In a case of its kind, the Armed Forces Tribunal (AFT) has directed the Army authorities to reinstate a soldier, who was removed from service 25 years ago, and then discharge him with a pension by assuming he had served in the Army.
