'Alcoholic' soldier liability for Army: Armed Forces Tribunal
Upholding the discharge of an "alcoholic" soldier from the Army without disability pensionary benefits, the Armed Forces Tribunal (AFT) has observed that such soldiers become a liability for the commanding officers (COs) of the units and that they can be adjusted only to some extent.
