Arms case: Ex-MP Akshay Pratap gets 7-yr jail
Earlier, on March 15, this court had found him guilty of obtaining a revolver's licence on a fake address and convicted him accordingly. Subsequently, on March 22, the MP-MLA court had heard him on the quantum of punishment to be awarded in this case. Later, the court had directed him to be taken into custody.
