Bihar: 2 Left parties not to join govt, CPI still uncertain

Of the three Left parties, CPI(ML) and CPI-M have decided not to join the newly formed Grand Alliance government in the state, while the CPI is still in a fix even two days after holding its state executive committee meeting over the issue on August 11.
