Putting all speculations to rest, JD(U) national president Rajiv Ranjan Singh alias Lalan Singh on Saturday said Bihar CM Nitish Kumar was not a candidate for presidential election and that the latter would continue to serve the people of the state.“Nitish is not going anywhere.
