Bihar CM skips Delhi meet addressed by PM Modi
Bihar CM Nitish Kumar on Saturday skipped a joint conference of chief ministers and chief justices of high courts in Delhi, fuelling talks of strain in his relationship with ally BJP. The conference, convened by the Union law ministry, was addressed by PM Narendra Modi and attended by the chief ministers of many states.
