Bihar lacks ‘mechanism’ to stop liquor smuggling: HC
The Patna high court has expressed its displeasure over the absence of any mechanism to identify liquor smugglers in Bihar, leading to “flourishing gangs and economic offences due to rampant illicit liquor trade”.
