Chandigarh: 'Gang stole bikes, sold parts to buy drugs'
The operation cell of the police claimed to have busted a gang of vehicle thieves, with the arrest of five people and recovered 12 stolen two-wheelers from them.Police said the accused are drug addicts and used to sell parts of stolen vehicles to scrap dealers.
