Chd Hsg Board e-auction finds 5 takers for 143 properties
In its latest auction of residential and commercial properties, the Chandigarh Housing Board (CHB) could successfully sell only five of the 143 properties on offer. For the last 11 months, the CHB has been holding the e-tender process every month, selling properties worth Rs 115.46 crore.
