Chd: Online friend of PGI doctor dupes him of Rs 2.7L
A PGI doctor ended up losing Rs 2.75 lakh after he trusted a man claiming to be from his profession in the US but had never met him in person in a case of fraud. Dr Swapanjeet Sahoo of PGI said he came to know one Dr Randy Armstrong of the US through social media in 2021.
