Class IX, XI students eligible for supplementaries, says Goa Board
In response to queries from schools, the Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has clarified that for the academic year 2021-22, Class IX and XI students will continue to be eligible to answer the supplementary exam irrespective of the number of subjects they fail in. The queries arose as the board introduced an assessment scheme for Class IX and XI for 2021-22 only. This scheme divides the year into two terms and students are evaluated separately for both terms, and the marks scored are added to arrive at the final results.
