Daler seeks stay on jail term; HC notice to Pb, complainant
Taking up a petition of Punjabi singer Daler Mehndi, the Punjab and Haryana high court on Wednesday issued the Punjab government and the complainant a notice for responding why the artist’s sentence should not be stayed.
