Disqualification plea order attacks election process, says Congress
Still smarting from the Bombay High Court’s order dismissing the disqualification plea, Congress on Sunday said that the order upholding the merger of the 10 Congress MLAs is contradictory, makes a mockery of the Constitution and the election process while creating more confusion in the minds of voters.
