‘Double-engine’ govt has failed in Himachal: LoP
Noisy scenes were witnessed in the legislative assembly during the discussion on budget initiated by leader of opposition Mukesh Agnihotri of the Congress, who claimed that double-engine government had failed in Himachal Pradesh and people of the state were waiting for the ‘single-engine’ (Congress) government.
