Former minister, ex-CS fail to appear before VB
Punjab former irrigation minister Sharanjit Singh Dhillon and former chief secretary Sarvesh Kaushal failed to appear before the vigilance bureau on Tuesday for questioning in the multi-crore irrigation scam pertaining to the SAD-BJP government from 2012 to 2017.
