Goa: 19-year-old Navelim local drowns in well 
A Sao Joao celebration turned tragic after 19-year old Ashish Nobert Rodrigues, a resident of Dongrim, Navelim, drowned in a well on Friday afternoon. His body was later fished out by fire brigade personnel. Police sources said that Rodrigues was among a group of 20 youngsters who had gone to the well located beside a school in Navelim to celebrate Sao Joao festival.
