Goa can be case study for common civil code: Governor P S Sreedharan Pillai
Governor P S Sreedharan Pillai on Monday said that Goa could be a case study for the common civil code or Article 44 of the Indian Constitution. The governor said that the country does not have a wider perspective of this contribution made by Goa due to lack of communication.
