Goa: Cortalim MLA arrives at assembly complex on scooter, creates flutter
Cortalim independent MLA Antonio Vas arrived on a two-wheeler for the oath of affirmation on Tuesday, much to the surprise of security personnel and others gathered at the Goa legislative assembly complex. Vas, who owns a car, said he prefers to travel on a two-wheeler because traffic jams are a common occurrence in his constituency.
