Goa elections: EVMs can be set, count VVPAT slips, says Churchill Alemao
TMC Benaulim candidate Churchill Alemao on Wednesday expressed his doubts over the vulnerability of EVMs to tampering. Alemao urged all candidates who contested the February 14 elections to write to the Election Commission of India and insist on counting of VVPAT slips of all EVMs to determine the number of votes polled.
