Goa: French national gets 6 months jail time, but has already served 9
A Mapusa court sentenced a French national to six months imprisonment and fined him Rs 10,000 under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, 11 years after he was found in possession of narcotics at Vagator.
