Goa: Government to make minister’s nod must for converting plots of over 1,000 sqm
In what is seen as a contradiction to reforms initiated by chief minister Pramod Sawant, the revenue department has moved a note that would require ministerial approval before issuing sanads for properties measuring more than 1,000sqm.
