Goa governor appoints Sanvordem MLA pro-tem speaker
Governor P S Pillai on Sunday appointed Sanvordem MLA-elect Ganesh Gaonkar as pro-tem speaker of the Goa legislative assembly and summoned the assembly on Tuesday to administer the oath to newly-elected MLAs. Gaonkar will be administered the oath by the governor on Monday.
