Goa: HC dismisses plea to disqualify 12 legislators who joined BJP
Nearly 10 days after the tiniest state went to polls, the Bombay high court on Thursday dismissed a plea seeking disqualification of 12 MLAs—10 from Congress and two from MGP—who had joined BJP and said it was a merger of two-thirds of the MLAs of the political parties and not defection.
