Every year, on the second day of the Carnival, an all-male group and all Catholics, decked in traditional attire—dhoti, jacket, pagdi, ghungroos on the left foot, a ghumot (a local percussion instrument) hanging from the neck and carrying a mussoll (pestle)—start gathering at a small chapel, a few metres away from the ruins of the ancient Chandreshwar temple at Chandor.
