Goa: Pollution board mulls over use of real-time noise monitors After undertaking a noise-mapping exercise, the Goa state pollution control board (GSPCB) is now considering the use of a real-time noise-level monitoring mechanism, said its chairman Mahesh Patil on Friday. Speaking at an event, Patil said the online data can enable village panchayats and Goa police to swiftly curb such instances.
