Goa: Poultry farms with over 5,000 birds need pollution clearance
Under the revised categorisation for poultry farms, from January 1, 2023, poultries with over 5,000 birds will need consent to operate under air and water pollution acts. This was approved by the Goa Pollution Control Board at its recent meeting.
