Goa: Rise in temp sees tomato rates decrease to Rs 70/kg
Last week tomatoes were selling at Rs 60-80 per kg in the retail market. The prices shot up further earlier this week to Rs 100 per kg owing to shortage in supply caused due to unfavourable weather conditions that led to crop loss.
