Goa: Sewerage dept cuts off cable, plunges Panaji into darkness
Days after thunderstorms wreaked havoc with the electricity department’s infrastructure, the sewerage department on Saturday plunged parts of Panaji into darkness for several hours after it damaged essential underground cables in the course of its work.
