Goa: TMC demands OBC reservation for panchayat polls The Pramod Sawant-led BJP government is repeatedly violating political rights of the OBC community, said TMC on Thursday. The party criticised BJP for its failure to complete the Other Backward Class (OBC) survey and the resultant delay in conducting panchayat elections. Party functionaries said that this has resulted in “grave injustice against the OBC population”.
