Goa to HC: Cabinet status to Pratapsingh Rane based on govt policy
The state has told the high court of Bombay at Goa that conferring lifetime cabinet status to former CM Pratapsingh Rane was a state policy, and once there is a policy for recognition or award to any individual, there’s no need for any prior sanction from the finance department.
