Goa: With an eye on future, vision document for Margao in the works The Margao Municipal Council (MMC) will soon have its own vision document which intends to identify some key areas that need to be strengthened. It will also look into the needs of the state’s commercial capital and prepare a roadmap to achieve the goals. MMC chief officer Rohit Kadam told TOI that while he was working on the vision document, it will be made public only after it is placed before the council for discussions and approval.
