Gorakhnath temple attacker had IS links, charged under UAPA
Murtaza Abbasi, who's accused of a murderous attack on policemen at Gorakhnath temple earlier this month, was charged under stringent provisions of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) on Saturday and sent to 14-day judicial custody.
