Haryana: Arrested Dalit man dies, kin allege torture
The family members of a Dalit man, who was arrested on charges of possession of cannabis last week and died at a hospital while undergoing treatment, on Tuesday refused to cremate his body despite efforts by two deputy superintendents of police to pacify them.
