Haryana govt increases monthly honorarium of sarpanches and panches
In what appears a desperate move to win over rural belts in the wake of Mission 2024, the Manohar Lal Khattar-led Haryana government on Tuesday increased the honorarium of sarpanches and panches. Now, sarpanches and panches will get Rs 5,000 and Rs 1,600 as a monthly honorarium respectively.
