Haryana: PNDT racket busted; three arrested
On Tuesday, the civil surgeon of Kaithal district received the tip-off that gender determination tests are being conducted illegally by some unregistered person in Kaithal and Kurukshetra districts. A joint team of both districts was deputed to bust the racket.
