Haryana: Uncle jailed for ‘penetrative sexual assault’ on minor
Holding a person guilty of “penetrative sexual assault” on a minor girl below 12 years of age, a Kaithal court has sentenced him to 25 years’ rigorous imprisonment. The accused was a cousin of the child’s mother and had touched her inappropriately.
