HC refuses to quash FIR against former Punjab CM Channi's nephew
The Punjab and Haryana high court has refused to quash the FIR registered against former Punjab chief minister Charanjit Singh Channi's nephew, Bhupinder Singh alias Honey, pertaining to illegal mining in the state.
