Health secy conducts check at Chd govt hospitals
On the night of March 16, UT health secretary, Yashpal Garg conducted a surprise inspection at government hospitals in the city. There was no one at the registration window at the civil hospital, Manimajra at midnight. The person in-charge was found gossiping.
