'Health secy's upset wife plotted doc transfer'
A day after Dr Nidhi Uniyal, a doctor at Government Doon Medical College and Hospital (GDMCH), accused Uttarakhand's health secretary Pankaj Pandey of transferring her to Almora at the behest of his wife, chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami cancelled the transfer order with immediate effect and ordered a high-level probe into the matter.
