Heat is on: Temperature in Goa rises by a degree
There was a rise in maximum temperature by one degree and an increase in humidity levels over Goa on Thursday compared to the previous 24 hours. The India meteorological department (IMD) has attributed the reason to weather systems prevailing off Goa’s coast, even as the country has been reeling under extreme heat wave conditions in the north and north-west.
