Heatwave alert in 10 districts of Jharkhand
The IMD on Sunday issued heatwave warning for 10 districts, including Ranchi, which is otherwise considered cooler in the state owing to its altitude. Ranchi is situated at 651mts above mean sea level and its maximum temperature has never in the past touched 40-degree mark by April 10.
