Hostels for SCs: Students threaten to block Panjab University gates
n its second day of protest outside the vice-chanceollor's office, the Panjab University Ambedkar Student Association (ASA) on Sunday demanded pending degrees, a quota of hostels seats, and special grants under the UGC-AICTE and PMS schemes for the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (SC/ST) students of Haryana, based on the state's notification to the institute.
